The main practice of Dzogchen is Todgal and Trekchod. Todgal is the development of vision practice in Dzogchen. Through Todgal practice with the Six Lamps, we point out where intrinsic awareness abides, which path it follows, through which door it exits, and in what form it appears.

In this weekend teaching, Participants will:
  • Learn about Todgal as the heart essence of Dzogchen
  • Receive detailed instructions on how to develop Todgal visions
  • Learn about the Six Lamps and receive instructions on how to use them as a skillful means to actualize the ultimate realization of Buddhahood
