Anyone who wishes to pursue the spiritual path has to train the mind. To train the mind, we need to stabilize the mind. To stabilize the mind, we have to meditate. In this weekend’s teaching, Tempa Lama will give pith instructions on the importance of meditation, its benefits, the proper way of meditating, and challenges and obstacles of meditation and how to clear them. He will also explain the process and stages of stabilizing the mind.

This teaching is for anyone – those who are new to meditation and those who are experienced and want to strengthen their meditation practice.
