The practice of meditation can help us to cultivate self-compassion, let go of our self-judgment and strengthen our emotional and mental stability. In this way, meditation contributes to inner and outer peace and joy. Please join us to learn about meditation with Tempa Dukte Lama and to do a short meditation together.
